Regranulation
A complete processing chain turns production and collected plastic waste into high-quality regranulate. The result is cleaner and more homogeneous than the regrind it started from.
We accept separately handled production waste, regrind and film agglomerate, kept apart by material type.
We grind lumps, sprues and reject parts into processable regrind at short notice.
The material is melted on American single- and twin-screw extruders. Additives are mixed in at this stage on request.
The melt is filtered twice and degassed twice to remove contaminants and volatiles.
The melt is cut into uniform granules. Finished regranulate is checked in our own lab before delivery.

We run an ISO 9001 audited quality management system and hold a valid plastic waste management licence.
We blend additives into base materials to customer specification, for example for UV stabilisation or better impact strength. Our American single- and twin-screw extruders also handle smaller batches and special requests.

In 1982 we founded our predecessor, Qualiplastic, the first Hungarian–American manufacturing joint venture for thermoplastic engineering compounds. Since 1996 we have supplied recycled raw material to leading names in the automotive industry.
